SERVICE.

These terms govern your use of Sleeved. By creating an account, you agree to them. We've written them to be readable — not legalese.

ACCEPTANCE OF

TERMS.

By accessing or using Sleeved, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

These terms apply to all users: collectors, buyers, sellers, and visitors. Marketplace-specific terms apply additionally to anyone buying or selling on the platform.

ACCOUNT

REGISTRATION.

Username = subdomainYour username becomes your personal subdomain (username.sleeved.it). Choose carefully — it's your identity on the platform.

Age requirementYou must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the marketplace. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Accurate informationYou agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

Account securityYou are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@sleeved.it.

YOUR

CONTENT.

You own your dataAll content you add to Sleeved — collection items, photos, sleeve notes, crates — belongs to you. We will never sell it or claim ownership.

License to displayBy adding content to Sleeved, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it as part of the platform and your public showcase.

Export anytimeYou can export your full collection data at any time from your profile settings. We provide standard formats so your data is always portable.

DeletionDeleting your account removes your content from public view within 24 hours. Permanent deletion from our servers occurs within 30 days.

MARKETPLACE

TERMS.

Zero commissionSleeved charges no platform commission on any sale. Ever. Standard PayPal processing fees apply — nothing more.

PayPal paymentsAll transactions are processed through PayPal. Sleeved never handles or stores payment information. PayPal's buyer and seller protection applies to every transaction.

Seller responsibilitySellers are responsible for accurate condition grading, honest descriptions, timely shipping, and providing tracking information.

Buyer protectionBuyers may open a dispute within 30 days of delivery for items significantly not as described. Disputes are reviewed on evidence and resolved by Sleeved admin.

Prohibited itemsCounterfeits, stolen goods, and items that infringe intellectual property rights are strictly prohibited. See Prohibited Content below.

PROHIBITED

CONTENT.

Counterfeit itemsBootlegs, counterfeits, and unofficial pressings sold as originals are prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

Stolen goodsListing items you do not rightfully own is prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Illegal contentContent that violates applicable laws, including piracy, is strictly prohibited.

HarassmentUsing Sleeved to harass, threaten, or intimidate other members — via listings, sleeve notes, or direct messages — is grounds for immediate suspension.

SpamAutomated or bulk messaging, fake reviews, and coordinated manipulation of ratings are prohibited.

INTELLECTUAL

PROPERTY.

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. Do not upload cover art, liner notes, or other copyrighted material without permission — unless it's your own original photo of your own physical copy.

We respond to valid DMCA takedown notices. If you believe content on Sleeved infringes your copyright, contact legal@sleeved.it with the required information.

“Sleeved” and the Sleeved logo are our trademarks. All platform code and design are our intellectual property.

TERMINATION &

DELETION.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Your data will be removed from public view immediately and permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

Sleeved may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or cause harm to the community. For serious violations, termination is immediate. For minor first-time violations, we issue a warning before taking action.

DISCLAIMERS &

WARRANTIES.

Sleeved is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not responsible for third-party content posted by users.

We do not warrant the accuracy of release data sourced from MusicBrainz, Discogs, or other third parties. Use your own judgment when grading and pricing items.

LIMITATION OF

LIABILITY.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleeved is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or marketplace transactions.

Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid to Sleeved in the 12 months preceding the claim — which, given our zero-commission model, is typically zero.

CHANGES &

CONTACT.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. When we make material changes, we'll notify you by email and post the updated terms here with a new effective date. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
