RATE HONESTLY.

NO FEAR OF RETALIATION.

After every transaction, both buyer and seller rate each other on a 5-star scale with an optional Sleeve Note. Ratings are blind — neither side sees the other's until both submit or 14 days pass.

Fair ratingsThe blind rating system works both ways. Buyers can't use ratings as leverage to pressure you into a refund.
Dispute evidenceYour condition photos, shipping confirmation, and tracking numbers all serve as documentation. Disputes are reviewed on merit.
Fraud detectionSleeved monitors for buyer-side fraud: dispute velocity, new account patterns, and chargeback history through PayPal.
Fund holdsFor new sellers, PayPal may hold funds briefly. As your transaction history and ratings grow, holds are reduced.

Listings above $50 require actual photos of the media and packaging — not stock images. Below $50, photos are optional but recommended. Listings with photos sell faster and generate fewer disputes.

COMMUNITY

MODERATION.

Every listing, review, and profile has a report option. Reported content enters admin review. First offense: warning. Repeated violations: temporary suspension. Serious fraud: permanent ban with active orders resolved by admin.

New accountsNew accounts receive heightened scrutiny during first transactions. Listing limits may apply until a track record is established.
Pattern recognitionThe system tracks cross-account relationships, shipping address reuse, and behavioral patterns to identify coordinated fraud.
